As a result of old age, debilitating illness or reduced ability, people often find it difficult to cope with their own personal care needs and domestic responsibilities. When providing home care, our focus is not just on completing set tasks, but on supporting these individuals with their activities of daily living in a way that feels natural, familiar, and unhurried, enabling them to carry on life as normal as possible.

We provide proactive, coordinated care by working closely together with health and social care professionals from various fields. The aim is for people’s optimal well-being and quality of life, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery or care journey through person-centred decision-making.
When inviting someone into your home for short or long term support, it is important to get to know and trust them and to have confidence in the support they will be providing. We take time to understand and respond to concerns, keep families informed, and remain available whenever reassurance or guidance is needed. This steady, reliable presence is what many families value most and what gives them confidence in the care we provide.

The best measure of quality care comes directly from the people we support. Here is one of those stories, in their own words.
Chieza Home Care has supplied me with excellent support over the last 6 months. The company has been very dedicated in updating my flat throughout. This includes painting, tiling, new carpets, new ceiling lights and fitting new blinds. They go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for them.
They have also removed a lot of old fittings and furniture for me. Now going forward, they are supplying an excellent and reliable cleaning service which I will continue using. Regarding the deep cleaning of the flat, this involved a complete clean of the oven in the kitchen and a whole deep clean of the bathroom including the bath, wash basin, toilet and radiator.
Having the whole flat cleaned and redecorated has made a great difference to how I feel about the property. I now feel much more at ease if anybody calls into the flat, and I am more than happy to have guests staying overnight. With the weekly clean, I am happy that this condition will continue long into the future.
