Evelyn A-Kum

Founder & Registered Manager

Evelyn has nearly 30 years experience as a District Nurse, driven by a genuine passion for caring for elderly and disabled people in their own homes. Her journey into nursing began in Zimbabwe, where she first worked as a teacher before following her calling to community care. Alongside her clinical and leadership experience, Evelyn brings a warm, person-centred approach shaped by her love of connecting with people from all walks of life.

Operational Manager

Eric is the Operational Manager at Chieza Home Care, overseeing the day-to-day running of the service. His role focuses on quality oversight, with a commitment to keeping the people we support at the heart of every decision. With nearly 30 years of experience as a design and build professional, alongside a background in teaching and leadership, Eric brings strong organisational skills, clear accountability and a practical approach to everything he does.

Ruth Nakintu

Ruth Nakintu

Care Coordinator & Supervisor

Ruth brings over seven years of hands-on experience in the care sector. She plays a key role in supporting staff, maintaining high standards and ensuring care is delivered safely and consistently. Ruth is closely involved in staff supervision, training, assessments and care planning, and works directly with families to ensure each person receives thoughtful, person-centred support. Her calm leadership and compassionate approach make her a valued and trusted member of the Chieza team.
